• Loop descriptions and AI analysis results
• Progress log entries (outcomes, notes, timestamps)
• Usage data (page views, feature usage, session duration)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Loop Breaker AI service
• To generate AI analysis - your loop description is sent to the Groq API for processing. It is not stored by Groq beyond the duration of the request
• To send essential account-related emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• To analyse aggregate usage patterns and improve product features

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on industry-standard infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Groq API - your loop description is sent to Groq for AI processing on a per-request basis only. Groq does not retain this data after processing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers - essential for operating the service, under strict data processing agreements.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@loopbreakerai.com. We will action all deletion requests within 30 days. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication purposes only. These cookies are essential for the service to function and are deleted when you log out or close your browser. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will notify registered users by email of any material changes to this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The date of the most recent update is shown below.
