Loop Breaker AI exists because most behaviour-change tools treat people like they just need more information. They don't. They need a system - one that sees their specific pattern and adapts when it isn't working.
Why we built this and what drives us forward.
Loop Breaker AI was born from a simple frustration: most AI tools give you one answer and forget you exist. Real behaviour change requires memory, tracking, and adaptation. We built the tool we wished existed.
We drew from behavioural psychology - specifically habit loop theory (cue → routine → reward) and cognitive behavioural frameworks - and combined it with fast LLM inference to make structured self-analysis accessible to anyone.
To give every person a clear, honest picture of their own patterns - and a practical system to change them. Not once. Continuously, until the loop weakens.
Six principles that shape every decision we make.
Willpower runs out. Patterns don't lie. We believe the only way to break a loop is to understand it first - trigger, emotion, reward, and all.
Generic advice fails because it ignores your specific loop mechanics. Every break system we generate is built around your exact trigger and break point.
Relapse is information, not failure. We track every outcome honestly so the system can adapt. Shame has no place here - only data.
Behaviour change is hard. We never say 'just' or 'simply'. We build tools that respect the weight of what you're trying to do.
Your loop descriptions are personal. We encrypt everything, never sell your data, and only use AI processing in the moment - nothing is retained.
The gap between describing a problem and seeing the analysis should be seconds, not minutes. We use Groq for fast inference because momentum matters.
Describe your pattern. Get your system. Start tracking. It takes less than two minutes.
