Every Loop Breaker AI plan, including the free plan, gives you the same core tools. The only difference is how many habit loops you can work on at the same time.
When you describe your habit, the AI reads it and identifies the four core components of your loop: the trigger that sets it off, the emotional state driving it, the reward keeping it in place, and the break point where you have the best chance to intervene. This analysis is generated fresh for your specific input every time. It is not a template or a generic response.
Based on the analysis, you receive a set of three to five specific, actionable steps designed around the exact mechanics of your loop. These are not general habit tips. Each step targets something specific to your trigger, your emotional hook, or your break point. If the first version does not fit your situation, you can update your description and get a revised system.
After each encounter with your habit trigger, you log what happened. There are three outcomes: Improved, Held Strong, or Relapsed. Over time these entries build a picture of how the loop is shifting. You can see whether the strategy is working, which situations are still challenging, and when the approach needs updating. All outcomes are useful data, including relapses.
Each loop includes a journal where you can write about your experience with the habit. The AI reads each entry and generates a short one-sentence observation tailored to what you wrote. This keeps the process reflective rather than purely mechanical and helps surface patterns that might not be visible in the check-in data alone.
Most people working on habit change are better served by focusing on one loop at a time rather than spreading attention across several patterns at once. The free plan gives you one full loop with no time limit. You get the complete AI analysis, the break system, progress tracking, and journaling. There is no reduced version of the tool on the free plan.
Upgrade to a paid plan when the first loop has clearly weakened and you are ready to work on a second pattern, or if you have multiple habits that are closely related and want to track them in parallel from the start.
The right plan depends on how many patterns you want to work on and how you approach behaviour change.
Start here if you are new to the tool or focusing on one specific habit.
The free plan includes the full AI analysis, a complete break system, progress tracking, and journaling. There is no reduced version. If you have one habit you want to understand and work on systematically, you do not need to pay anything. Most people who are new to the approach find it useful to focus entirely on one loop first anyway - behaviour change requires real attention, and dividing it across multiple patterns before the first one has weakened usually slows progress.
Upgrade to Starter when you have a second loop ready to work on.
When your first loop has clearly weakened and you want to begin working on a second pattern - or if you have two closely related habits that you want to track in parallel - the Starter plan at three loops gives you enough space for most people. The most common upgrade trigger is finishing the first loop and wanting to carry the same structured approach into a second habit without losing access to the original data.
Growth is for people doing serious, sustained work on multiple behaviour patterns at once.
Ten loops covers the needs of most people who are actively working on their patterns as a sustained personal development practice. This includes people who have completed several loops and return to add new ones as old patterns weaken, people who want to track related habits in parallel (such as sleep patterns, phone use, and procrastination together), and people who find the structured approach effective and want to apply it across a wider range of behaviours.
For coaches, practitioners, or heavy personal users who need maximum loops.
The Pro plan at twenty loops suits coaches who want to use the tool with multiple clients, practitioners who are applying the framework across a caseload, or personal users who have been running the system for an extended period and have accumulated many completed and in-progress loops. If you have specific needs around volume, onboarding, or billing, contact us and we will work something out.
